    Awesome group management tip there Mark :).

    Also, a lot of the time we just blurt out things, instead of taking a moment to think of concepts and refine our thoughts before sharing.

    This is a great way to create the space for participants to listen and to reflect on their own thoughts before sharing with their partners and eventually the group.
