I divide the group into groups of 3 or 4, and then I tell them: Each person should count by themselves, how many numbers they can count from 1 to 60 in 60 seconds.
After that, I ask each person to write down on a separate paper where they reached. Then I ask the group to calculate the average. Then I talk about everyone’s average.
Afterwards, I ask them to do it again, this time with group accountability. This time, when you count, you discover that you have group accountability.
And I check the average again to see if the overall average increased.
