As the lead designer and facilitator of a talent development program, I had an opportunity to scramble for something to fill a 2-hour time slot when our leadership panel failed at the last minute. I found Mastermind Relay and facilitated it for a group of 26. This activity ended up being the highlight of the day! The participants had fun, were engaged, and used their collaboration skills to problem solve, use critical thinking skills, and think laterally. They worked in table groups (3-4 people in each group) and used flipcharts to solve some of their puzzles.

It was a great experience, fun to facilitate, and really easy to execute. Thank you for this – I highly recommend this activity!

Oh Mark, that is tremendous to hear. I’m so glad you thought to drop into playmeo’s resources to fill the void. Well done!

Great series of brain teasers here.. Useful for Trivia nights or Olympics or just for quiet time.
