    I have not played the game like this, but an idea comes to mind. Why not create some teams so they can even create some type of pass to others on purpose.. you can even give them a few minutes to create a plan. No team member can be standing next to another.. For this you would not eliminate people.. you could still do the one arm or turn around.. each team could have a bandana on their hand, or something to tell them apart..
