Great activity demonstrating the importance of teamwork and cooperation. The transition from one individual working alone to building the team up to multiple and ending with only two project leads is fantastic.
Taking the time to strategise or reflect on performances successful or not is also really useful.
This activity would be wonderful as one of the starters to a series of initiative or team work activities as it really does highlight each aspect of the collaborative process; From working individually to as a part of a team with considerations, responsibilities, advantages and limitations that come as part of working in a team.
