Two Types of Students

Here’s an interesting comment which was shared at a professional development seminar I attended last week:

There are two types of students (indeed, people) in the world:

  1. Those who are here to get the grade; and
  2. Those who are here to learn (and don’t care about the grade.)

Which one are you?

And more importantly, which one best describes your students? And by students, I refer to all people involved in some process of learning or education.

What’s the difference, I hear you ask?

The way I see it, one is focused ticking a box, the other, is all about making a difference – which is what playmeo is all about.
