In 2008, Dave founded Project Hatch to enable and empower young people to do life better. With a clear mission of supporting young people to gain a greater understanding of themselves, others and their spirituality, Dave and his Project Hatch team have delivered over 690 engaging, relevant and challenging retreats and leadership training programs in schools across Australia.  Dave is described by an Australian National Youth Director as “a powerful go to speaker for any of my national youth events”.
