Just when you think you’ve seen it all… along comes this magical and hypnotic giant public instrument made up of 21 swings which inspires a new way of looking at the notion ‘together we can achieve more.’
A great example of musical cooperation.
Each swing in motion triggers a musical note and all the swings together compose a musical piece, but some sounds only emerge when two or more people cooperate on the swings. Like I said, magical.
This novel idea is a public art project which appears in Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles.
