Connectiles 2 brings the same collaborative puzzle experience to high school students, with clues that are challenging but accessible. Beta testing confirmed what we hoped: adults love it too – ready to download, print and play in minutes.
What You Get
- Print-ready PDF files featuring 25 illustrated tiles with 80+ clues reflecting “things in common” – including literacy, numeracy, imagery and cryptic puzzles
- Large tile format (138 x 138mm, two per page) and small tile format (62 x 62mm, nine per page,) plus a blank DIY template
- A hidden 25-character sentence highlighting a valuable lesson is revealed when the puzzle is complete
- Solution grid and instructions
- Print as many copies as you need for multiple groups – no extra cost

How You’ll Use It
Print the tiles onto cardstock (preferably 210gsm or heavier) and optionally laminate for durability. Distribute to groups of 2–8 people and challenge them to assemble the grid as quickly as possible. The varied clue types mean different students bring different strengths – some will spot the visual connections, others will crack the numeracy or literacy links. It’s a natural way to get every student contributing. Use it in class, during orientation days, in youth programs, or as a team-building warm-up.

It’s designed for high school-aged students and older. Where the original Connectiles relies on cryptic adult clues, this version uses a mix of literacy, numeracy, imagery and commonality challenges – accessible to teens, though beta testing found adults enjoy it just as much.
How long does it typically take a group to solve?
Most groups take around 15–20 minutes, though this varies depending on the group’s problem-solving abilities and how quickly they pick up on the clues.
What’s the ideal group size to get the most out of it?
Each printed set works best with 2–8 people. Since you’re printing it yourself, running multiple simultaneous groups – handy for a full classroom – is simply a matter of printing extra sets at no additional cost.
What do I need to print and use this?
You’ll need cardstock (210gsm or heavier is recommended) and a printer; laminating adds durability for repeated use.
Is there a tangible version available?
Not currently – Connectiles 2 is only available as a digital download. If you’d like a physical, boxed puzzle experience, the original Connectiles is available in that format.
