A Little About Me…

Chad Littlefield is the co-founder and CEO of We!™ (www.weand.me). Leaders call Chad when a lack of trust gets in the way of results. He designs fun, challenging, and engaging experiences and tools that break down communication barriers. He has spoken at TEDx and is also the creator of We! Connect Cards™, which are now being used to create conversations that matter in over 50 countries around the world and on 6 of the 7 continents.

What I'm Up To

Currently, I'm excited about sharing the ideas from our new book Ask Powerful Questions: Create Conversations that Matter. There is a curiosity deficit in the world and I believe great, thoughtful, and empathetic questions are needed now more than ever. 

I also am traveling around (primarily in the U.S.) building cultures of trust and creating conversations that matter within conferences and organization using We! Connect Cards™ and other tools I've designed.
