playmeo will continue to be your home for interactive group games & activities. The Lazy Facilitator approach is the philosophy that will shape how we build everything you’ll see in the new platform: low effort, high impact strategies and designed by facilitators, for facilitators.

This is the headline feature. Flow AI is an intelligent assistant that:

Limited Time Offer (Before We Launch)
Once we go live on Wed 22 July AEST, the new Annual Pro plan will be $167/year to reflect the value we have invested in the platform.
But until this date, you can subscribe to Annual Pro at the current rate of only $108 – and on launch day, you’ll automatically gain access to everything above (Flow AI, the Lazy Facilitator Playbook, the Lazy Rating system, and all the productivity tools) at no extra cost until the anniversary of your plan (12 months away!)
That’s a SAVING of $59 – and full access to the new platform from the moment it goes live.

Once we launch, playmeo’s plans will be structured with six plans to choose from – pick the one that fits how you work best:
- Essentials Monthly (NEW) – $19/month. Full access to all 550+ activities, videos, and basic search tools.
- Essentials Annual – $97/year. Everything in Essentials, billed yearly (save 58%.)
- Pro Monthly – $29/month. Everything in Essentials, plus Flow AI, the Lazy Facilitator Playbook, the Lazy Rating system, and all the productivity tools (downloads, playlists, likes, etc.)
- Pro Annual – $167/year. Everything in Pro, billed yearly. Best value (save 52%.)
- Mentor Monthly (NEW) – $297/month. Everything in Pro, plus monthly 1:1 coaching calls with me (Mark Collard.)
- Enterprise Annual – from $390/year for 10 users. Team access to Essentials-level features, scaled across larger groups.
If you’re already a subscriber, look for an email in your inbox that covers exactly what’s changed for you.
The short version: nothing significant changes on launch day, and any price changes take effect at your next renewal. Most existing subscribers don’t need to do anything at all.
