Active Listening Exercise
Few activities create the experience of being truly heard as powerfully as a well-designed active listening exercise. The Gift is a beautifully simple partner exercise that builds deep trust and connection in a remarkably short time. No props, no preparation, and no prior facilitation experience required. Perfect for team retreats, therapeutic settings, and any program where strengthening empathy and relationship skills is a priority.
