Cancellation Policy

Everything you need to know about our simple cancellation & refund policies.

In a perfect world, every playmeo membership will meet every person’s needs and function without error, failure or disappointment.

However, as we all live in the real world, the following renewal, cancellation & refund policies (as read together with our standard terms and conditions) will guide our collective expectations when things change or don’t go to plan.

Renewals

  • All memberships recur (or renew) every 12 months in the case of all annual (Individual & Enterprise) plans.
  • In the case of our exclusive 7-Day Free Trial membership, if you do not cancel within 7 days, it will automatically renew (or upgrade) your access to our annual Essentials membership plan.
  • All memberships renew automatically, and fees are charged to the credit card connected to your account.
  • All renewal notices and invoices/receipts are sent to the email address connected to your account and may also be accessed via your My Account > Orders tab.
  • You can switch off the auto-renew process by visiting My Account > Membership tabs and clicking the Edit Membership > Cancel button.

Cancellation

  • There is no lock-in contract. You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Membership can be cancelled easily by visiting the My Account > Membership tab, then clicking the Edit Membership > Cancel buttons.
  • Once cancelled, your account will switch to ‘Pending Cancellation’ status, which is a fancy way to say that you will retain full, unlimited access to all of playmeo’s resources until your plan expires.
  • Simply cancelling your membership will not issue a refund, but it will prevent further charges from being made to your credit card.

Refunds

  • If you are in any way unsatisfied with your playmeo membership, you may claim a refund at any time within the following parameters:
    • Annual Membership – full refund within 30 days of joining or 7 days of renewing; or
    • 7-Day Free Trial Membership – partial refund within 7 days of your card being charged, ie a $12 admin fee will be deducted.
  • Refunds are not automatic, so please contact us to request a refund (if required) within these time frames.
  • As soon as a refund is approved, your membership will be cancelled immediately, which means you will lose all membership benefits and privileges.
  • Refunds are typically transacted within 12-24 hours and applied to the credit card that was originally charged.
